'PAC' Training
Dreaming of flying on your own?
The PAC program (French equivalent of AFF) is the reference pathway to learn skydiving and become fully autonomous in freefall.
After a half-day of ground school, you’ll complete 6 supervised jumps with a state-certified instructor who teaches you the fundamentals of freefall and canopy control. Each jump is carefully briefed beforehand and debriefed afterward using video footage filmed by your instructor, ensuring strong, structured coaching and steady progress.
If your instructor determines that you’re stable in freefall, comfortable under canopy, and able to land safely, you’ll be cleared to perform your 7th jump solo, a moment every skydiver remembers.
The PAC program combines technical learning, powerful sensations, and personal growth, all within a safe and structured environment.
Requirements
The PAC training is available to anyone aged 15 or older on the day of the jump.
For minors, signed parental consent is mandatory.
There is no specific weight limit for the PAC training. The parachute provided will be selected according to your weight and in compliance with current regulations.
A medical certificate stating no contraindication to skydiving, issued within the past year and signed by a French doctor, must be provided.
Any consumption of alcohol or illegal substances before your jump is strictly prohibited.
Your adrenaline rush will be provided the moment you exit the aircraft.
For safety reasons, no scuba diving within 24 hours before your jump.
