introductory skydive
Introductory skydive
What if you jumped with your own parachute?
After a half-day of ground training, you’ll make your very first jump supervised by two state-certified instructors.
At 13,000 feet, after about a 15-minute climb, the door opens and you launch into the sky. Your instructors ensure your stability and safety while teaching you the fundamentals of freefall. After about 50 seconds of freefall, at 5,000 feet, you deploy your own parachute and fly your canopy all the way to landing, guided by constant radio contact with your instructor.
The introductory jump is perfect for those who want to go beyond a tandem and fully experience the sensations of skydiving while remaining safely supervised. It’s also the first step toward becoming an independent skydiver.
